1.  deposits are non refundable or transferable unless I have to reschedule your appointment. 
2. mask required! no mask no entry.
3. no extra people.
4.  ALL Lace (NEW/USED) must be dropped off 3 business days before appointment or inconvenience fee of $40 will be added to your total no exceptions. 
5.  Only the service you book will be performed in order to be considerate of the next clients time. 
6. Please schedule your appointment  at least a day before your event. Lace glue takes approximately 24-48 hours to completely dry!
7. no refunds or exchanges, prices are subject to chance. 
8. NATURAL CLIENTS if you are not receiving shampoo service please come with your hair clean and blown out. ($40 charge if otherwise)
9. to book on a holiday is an additional $80 (Christmas eve $40 up charge)
10. form of payment: cash(correct change only) , card (with card tax is added) PayPal.
11. free install when wig purchase or made by me (first time)
12. if you are getting a wig made using your hair, hair must be in at least 3-5 business days in advance, however if you need your unit made ASAP it will be a $80 up charge
13. storage fee is $20 per day. if you leave a unit or fail to make an appointment to get the unit you dropped off installed. (space is limited)
14. units ,hair, bundles, and lace is worked on after appointment is booked and hair is dropped off.
15. all installs come with braid down 
16. for color service hair must be dropped off 5 business days in advance
17. service time is estimated.
18. NO APPOINTMENTS OR DROP OFF ON SUNDAY OR MONDAY. 
19. hairjunkie lace glue is used for install if you have a different way you want your lace installed please contact me in advance.

there is no way to change appointment date or time unless you book again! Yes you would have to pay a none refundable OR TRANSFERABLE deposit again!
